At Rapp, I helped launch a one-of-kind apprenticeship program that selects recent high school grads from multicultural backgrounds, trains them in a specific advertising discipline and gives them full-time employment after completing the program.
What’s amazing about Emerging Leaders is that it’s the first program of its kind to offer full-time employment for underrepresented individuals in the advertising industry without requiring a college degree. On this project, I served as lead copywriter, crafting web copy, manifestos, and print ads.
