Wieden+Kennedy is an independent, global creative company that has built and transformed some of the world’s most well-known, exciting brands for over forty years. In 2021, Queer employees at Wieden noticed wanted to highlight the lack of visibility of queerness in advertising & those individuals represented are a sliver of the LGBTQIA+ community as a whole. They decided to create ”The Queer Brief” & provided a platform that showcased the importance of queerness while representing it in its fullness.
